French Montana Previews Doja Cat Collaboration ‘Handstand’

[ad_1]

French Montana’s album They Got Amnesia is set to arrive Friday after it was delayed a week.

One of the most anticipated songs on the 20-track project is “Handstand,” a collaboration with Doja Cat and Saweetie. French has shared a snippet of the Hitmaka-helmed track, which samples Danny Rivera’s “En Un Rincon Del Alma’ (Big Pun famously sampled the song on “It’s So Hard”).

In the snippet, Doja delivers a verse inspired by Cash Money’s “Project Bitch.” “You need a project bitch, a hoodrat bitch / One don’t give a f**k / And say she took that dick,” she raps.

A video has already been shot and may have been the reason why French’s album was delayed, according to Doja.

They Got Amnesia drops Friday and also features appearances from Drake, Rick Ross, Pop Smoke, John Legend, Fabolous, Kodak Black, Lil Tjay, Coi Leray, Ty Dolla $ign, Latto, and more.

“I always do a lot of music for the guys. This album, I wanted to break it even,” French told Real 92.3.
