According to a confirmed report from NPR, the one-of-a-kind Once Upon A Time In Shaolin album that was once owned by “pharma bro” Martin Shkreli, was sold by the United States to an anonymous buyer for an undisclosed amount.

The announcement of the sale came from U.S. Attorney Jacquelyn M. Kasauli of the Eastern District of New York, who said while revealing the sale today(July 27), “Shkreli has been held accountable and paid the price for lying and stealing from investors to enrich himself. With today’s sale of this one-of-a-kind album, his payment of the forfeiture is now complete.”

The Cilvaringz-produced, 31-track album, which was the most expensive work of music ever sold, was originally won by Shkreli in an auction for $2 million but was confiscated by the U.S. government following his widely publicized security fraud case. Shkreli is currently serving seven years in prison for that case.
