XXXTentacion ‘Revenge’ Lyrics – XXL

XXXTentacion offered “Revenge,” initially titled “Garette’s Revenge,” on May 18, 2017 via Soundcloud. The track, which was also the lead single from XXX’s debut studio album, 17, was dedicated to the rapper’s friend, Jocelyn Flores, who committed suicide prior to the song officially being released.

About a week before “Revenge” dropped, it was previewed on Twitter by Flores. On the Soundcloud description for the song, X penned a tribute to Flores, which said, “rest in peace, jocelyn, I will have my revenge upon the world.”

“Revenge” peaked at No. 77 on the Billboard Hot 100 chart on Sept. 6, 2017.
