Bryson Tiller is keeping the Anniversary celebration going.
The singer will release a deluxe edition of his latest album this Friday, Feb. 26. He made the announcement in a cinematic trailer featuring a new song that samples Mint Condition’s “Love Is for Fools.” The deluxe will contain five new songs including “Still Yours” featuring Big Sean, plus “Timeless Interlude Pt. II,” “Losing Focus,” “7:00,” and “Like Clockwork.”
Just last week, Tiller debuted a video for “Sorrows” off the original Anniversary album, which was released in October and debuted at No. 5 on the Billboard 200.
Earlier this month, he told fans that a “complete” edition of Anniversary was in the works. “It was never finished to begin with. We had to hit that date so I got the rest of the songs on that bitch for y’all,” he said during a Twitch livestream.
Additionally, Tiller is working on the long-awaited Serenity, which will be a triple album featuring rap, R&B, and pop. “Over the years, I realized how much fu**in’ music I had for Serenity, all this different shit, so Serenity is not one album, it’s three albums,” he said. “It’s three volumes of the albums–one is a rap album, one is an R&B album, and then one is a pop album.”
On March 18, Pen Griffey will perform music from Trapsoul and Anniversary during an immersive concert in his hometown of Louisville, which will stream via Moment House.
