Drake’s Son Adonis Celebrates 3rd Birthday

Adonis turns 3.

Drake’s son was surrounded by love as he celebrated his third birthday on Sunday (Oct. 11).

His mother Sophie Brussaux wished her baby boy on Instagram by sharing a series of never-before-seen pics, including one of her in the delivery room holding her son in her arms for the first time. She also penned a touching tribute, reflecting on Adonis’ birth and her 24-hour labor.

“Joyeux anniversaire mon amoureux! 3 years ago, I was finally meeting you for the first time, after a long 24-hr labour,” wrote Sophie. “I’m so proud of the little man you’re becoming, I love you more than life. The world is YOURS! We did that @champagnepapi.”

Drake has yet to publicly acknowledge Adonis’ birthday, but last month, he celebrated his son’s first day of school. “First Day Of School…The World Is Yours kid,” the proud dad captioned the post.

The “Laugh Now Cry Later” rapper has remained private when it comes to his family life. Back in March, he shared photos of Adonis for the first time on social media.

“I posted those pictures. It was great for me,” Drake told Lil Wayne on Young Money Radio. “I just woke up one morning and I was like, you know what? This is just something that I want to do. I want to be able to go places with my son and share memories with my son. I don’t want to feel like just because of a life choice I made to be a ‘celebrity’ that I got to make everybody live under this blanket. So, I just wanted to free myself of that.”
