Tsu Surf Pleads Guilty to RICO Charges, Faces 30 Years In Prison

[ad_1] New Jersey rapper Tsu Surf has been arrested on a federal RICO charge.On Thursday (Oct. 13), Fox 5 New York reporter Lisa Evers confirmed that the veteran battle rapper was arrested around 1:30 p.m. the same day by the U.S. Marshals Service New York/New Jersey Regional Fugitive Task Force.
