Kodak Black Sues Federal Prison Over Torture Claims

The incarcerated rapper is suing the Federal Bureau of Prisons along with its director and the warden at USP Big Sandy federal prison. In the lawsuit, obtained by TMZ, Kodak alleges that he has been tortured and had his rights violated. Kodak was transferred to the high-security prison in Kentucky in October 2019 after an altercation with another inmate at Miami’s Federal Detention Center, in which an officer was injured.
